Your membership status in the Plan will change from “active” to “terminated” if you have a break in service. The definition of break in service varies, depending on the province in which you are employed.

Le Bureau d'administration du régime will contact you to provide you with information regarding the termination options available to you along with the applicable termination forms. Your options at the time of termination will depend on your age and other factors.

Be sure to notify the Bureau d'administration du régime of any address changes so that you may be kept informed.
