Pension Eligibility and Enrolment
Below is an overview of the Plan’s key eligibility provisions and enrolment process. For complete details, please refer to the Eligibility section of the Pension Plan booklet or contact the Plan Administration Office.
Establishing Membership in the Plan
If you are working under the terms of a collective agreement between the QCCC and the NDTMA, you will automatically participate in the Plan once you have worked 1500 hours.
How to Enroll in the Plan
Use the Pension Application for Enrolment and Beneficiary Designation form to enroll in the Pension Plan and to select your beneficiaries.
Questions on completing the form can be directed to the Plan Administration Office.
Completed forms should be forwarded to the Plan Administration Office.
Once you are a Member of the Plan, all changes to Member information or beneficiaries should also be made by completing this form in full.
