28.01 Where a particular article or
articles of the NDT Collective Agreement is or are found to
work a hardship for a particular project or work or specific
geographical area the terms and conditions of the Agreement
may be modified by mutual consent of the QCCC and the NDTMA
when they deem it prudent.
