19.01 There shall be no restrictions or
additional conditions imposed against the use of any type of
machinery, equipment, tools or methods provided that the
Employer will consult with the Union where the introduction of
new and substantially different equipment not previously used
in the industry will result in the layoff of employees from a
job.
