MemberXG: My Benefits – Your NEW online Administration Portal
Once you register for MemberXG, you will be able to view information that is specific to your reported history of hours worked by employer, your Pension contributions, your Benefit Plan eligibility, and your personal information on file - all from the convenience of your computer, your Wi-Fi connected smartphone or your tablet. (This is a separate portal from the My Claims portal.)
How to Register?
You will need to Create an Account. Here is a guide! Please review the attached step-by-step instructions on registering and setting up your account as outlined. All steps must be completed in the order outlined.
The Administrator will provide you with a unique D.A. Townley ID number – have it handy! Please note, this is NOT your Client ID that is found on your pay-direct card / wallet card – which is specific to your claims.) If you have received this new unique D.A. Townley ID number from the Administrator, you are ready to register!

Once you have finished the registration process, if you believe the information on file for you is incorrect or requires updating, it’s important to know who to contact for which changes.
- For address updates, please go to qcccanada.com and log into our personal account and update your address there. This information will be automatically shared with D.A. Townley, the Administrator.
- If you wish to update your dependent information or make similar changes, please contact the Administrator.
